People only have 10 days left to present their income statement.
According to representatives of State Fiscal Service, for natural persons and foreign citizens who gained a resident status in Republic of Moldova (who were living in Republic of Moldova for more than 183 days), the deadline for submitting their income statement and the declaration of payment of the additional obligations related to the obtained income was extended to May 2, as April 30 falls on a holiday.
Those who wish to submit their declarations have the chance to do so according to the following timetable set by the Fiscal Service:
- April 27 2018 - starting 08:00 to 19:00;
- April 28 2018 - starting 08:00 to 15:00;
- April 30 2018 - starting 08:00 to 15:00;
- May 2 2018 - starting 08:00 to 19:00.
SFS offers people the possibility to submit pre-completed declarations, based on the international data of the Fiscal Service on income and tax. A pre-completed declaration can be obtained at any subdivision of the Fiscal Service, with the person's ID.
The declarations can be submitted both paper and computer based.
To gain access to the electronic tax services, the economic agents have to present a certain documentation package on the approval of the Instruction about how the electronic tax service is used and the conclusion of the Agreement for connection to the electronic tax services for legal persons. Economic agents must also have an electronic signature issued by one of the service providers, accredited in the field of qualified electronic signature.
