Romanian has packed his car with over a thousand packs of cigarettes and tried to bring them in Romania. 

The border guards have detained the smuggler after he has hid the cigarettes in boxes of chocolates in the spare wheel of the car. 

The tobacco products, worth nearly 23 thousand lei, were seized.

The man risks a fine of 45 thousand lei.
