Petru Gurgurov explained how First House loan can be obtained
The First House Project initiated by PDM was launched today within a press conference at the Ministry of Finance. Interim Managing Director of Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises Sector Development, Petru Gurgurov spoke in details about how First House loans can be gained.
"Congratulations to citizens of Republic of Moldova on the launch of this program. It will support citizens and especially those who wish to purchase their first house. This project proves that the future lays at home.
Within process to gain mortgage loans and financial support of the state, we remark that according to the rules, those who wish to purchase their own house, first chose themselves the real estate they wish to purchase, then submit a request at the banks that signed a partnership agreement with Ministry of Finance and Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises Sector Development.
People have to submit all documents for a loan, after a short screening the beneficiary and the bank sign a sale and purchase agreement, of the state guarantee. From the moment the contract is registered at the Public Services Agency, the beneficiary addresses to the bank and is offered a mortgage loan to purchase the house.
The monthly rate was limited to ensure that more citizens can benefit from this program. All the information is offered on the official web page of the First House Project" Petru Gurgurov explained.
PUBLIKA.MD reminds that only people under 45, with an official employment and that don't own real estate, or other mortgage loans are eligible to apply for the First House project. Their salaries have to be at least the double of the monthly rate, while the state will pay 50% of the mortgage.
