Two people aged 40 and 44 from the southern town of Vulcăneşti, members of a criminal group, are investigated for illegally selling drugs and possessing weapons.

The police reveal one of them is an addict and sells drugs at about $20 a bag.

Searching their houses, the police have lifted 13 little bags with drugs of about 300 grams and three guns.

The police also searched the houses of two people from the southern district of Cimișlia and lifted 160 cannabis plants, dry cannabis plants and a bag with ground cannabis.

If found guilty, the people may be jailed for 3 years or fined up to $700.
