Instruct the children to react promptly to situations where an unknown person tries to convince them that they are friends or colleagues and come to take some things from house. 

Do not believe people trying to sell your dishes, detergents, jewellery, etc. They can distract you with the purpose of stealing.

For owners of apartments located on the ground floor, it is advisable not to leave the bathroom window open at night.

If you leave for holiday or weekend, call relative or neighbor to watch out your home. 

The Police's recommendations for preventing pocket picker:

When you wait for public transport at the station, pay attention to people with suspicious behavior near you.

Prepare the money to pay for the trip before boarding.

Avoid reading during the trip, because you can become the target of the pocket picker.

Do not keep the money in your back pockets.
