Moldovan President Igor Dodon has sent a letter to Prime Minister Pavel Filip demanding to replace the subject ‘History of Romanians’ to ‘History of Moldova.’

He suggests changing the name of the subject from September this year and opines the name ‘History of Romanians’  generates problems as the consolidation of the statehood.

He adds this subject maintains a state of incertitude within society.

Education Ministry representatives say it will have a response later.
