President Igor Dodon had a working meeting with the U.S. Ambassador to Moldova, Dereck J. Hogan.
The announcement was made by the head of state on his Facebook page.
"We discussed a wide range of topics related to strengthening the bilateral strategic dialogue, including issues related to the economy, social development and the most important reforms.
I thanked the United States leadership for its timely assistance in combating the spread of coronavirus and expressed confidence that we will be able to overcome the current crisis only through the combined efforts of all countries, "wrote Igor Dodon.
