Prime Minister Pavel Filip talked about the issue of the quality of food in kindergartens at today’s sitting of the Government.
He has vowed to personally attend to the process of drafting and adopting acts leading to order in the system, so that no more low-quality food is served to children in education institutions.
He said he had been notified by a parent regarding expired boiled eggs in a kindergarten and paid a visit to it.
The quality of food delivered to kindergartens and schools in Chisinau has been much debated on in Moldova for the last three months, as a range of officials in charge have been arrested for rigging auctions on selecting the firms delivering food.
