Prime Minister Pavel Filip: Cadastral procedures will be simplified
During the Government's meeting, Prime Minister Pavel Filip spoke of simplifying cadastral procedures. The official hopes that in the future more decisions will be taken on this matter.
"Cadastral procedures will be simplified. Citizens will no longer need to present documents confirming their marital status if this information will be available in the State Register of Population.
Therefore, citizens requiring cadastral services will no longer need to present marital status document to confirm that the last name was changed.
At the same time, companies will no longer have to submit the extract from the State Registration of Legal Persons and Individual Entrepreneurs" Prime Minister Pavel Filip said.
A number of documents will no longer be necessary for cadastral services.
For natural person:
- Marriage certificate to prove that the name was changed;
- Divorce decree, if the information is already included in the State Register of Population.
For legal entities:
- the extract from the State Registration of Legal Persons and Individual Entrepreneurs;
- the decision of the registrar to register.
