Prime Minister's Control Body comes into force, 8-member staff limit

Regulation on organization and function of Prime Minister's Control Body was passed by government today, with limit of 8 staff members, part of the State Chancellery's staff.
The document regulates the mission, functions, duties, organization, competence and legal status of the personnel employed within the entity.
According to the Regulation, the Prime Minister's Control Body is a structure without legal personality, consisting of Prime Minister's advisers. This entity will be led by a Chief appointed by the Premier.
Likewise, the councilors of the Prime Minister's Control Body will exercise the functions of monitoring, evaluation, control and streamlining government's acts.
Control Body is one of newly established functions in government, it came into force from July 19, 2017.
