According to a project of law on the fuel market, the fuel prices can be changed once in three months, announced Vladimir Cernat, PD deputy.

Thus, ANRE will establish the prices in accordance with the Platts quotes only if these are 10% higher.

"ANRE adjusts the price during the quarter in case of deviations of more than 10% of Platts quotations leading to the decrease of the ceiling prices, and in case of deviations higher than 10% of Platts quotations leading to the increase of the ceiling prices, the Agency is entitled to adjust the prices at the request of the economic agents", mentioned the project of law.
