Chisinau Prosecutor's Office initiated a lawsuit on Pavel Grigorciuc's aggressive behavior against a prosecutor. 

The municipal Prosecutor's Office in Botanica introduced a video which showed that prosecutor Şendrea was physically assaulted by the activist and supporter of alliance ACUM Pavel Grigorciuc at the Chisinau Appeal Court door. The incident occurred on afternoon of September 11. 

Grigorciuc hit different parts of body of the prosecutor who was undergone medical-legal checks and hospitalized. 

Pavel Grigorciuc risks a fine up to 67 500 lei or jail up to 5 years.
