The Party of Socialists announced a dialogue to form a parliamentary majority. 

They invited representatives of ACUM bloc for the discussion, according to PSRM's secretary, Ion Ceban. The dialogue is scheduled at 15:00, Tuesday at PSRM headquarter. 

Socialist Ion Ceban, said that several principles would be tabled in the talks such as preserving the neutrality of Republic of Moldova, developing strategic partnership with the Russian Federation and good relations with other countries, including the US and EU countries, ensuring respect for citizens' rights, regardless of ethnicity and spoken language.

Ion Ceban also said ACUM bloc was the first to be invited for dialogue because they had previously collaborated with some politicians in the bloc.
