Three nurses and a 60-year-old man are criminally investigated for illegal psychotropic drug prescription. 

As a result of the searches in the service offices and at the suspects' homes, law enforcement officers found and collected prescriptions with the stamp of the family doctor, completed for the purchase of psychotropic drug, clonazepam, diazepam, aprozolan, tramadol, rumorph, morphine ampoules. 

Prescriptions of psychotropic drugs were also detected in the office of a family nurse within the Râșcani Health Center.

Currently, two people are under arrest and being investigated.

If found guilty, the suspected risk from 3 to 7 years in prison or being deprived of the right to hold certain positions for 3-5 years.
