The decision of the Stockholm Arbitration Court to suspend the termination procedure with Avia Invest is an interim measure issued by a single arbitrator until the examination of the case in arbitration begins, the Public Property Agency announced in a press release.

APP also mentions that the respective measure is in accordance with the term of 180 days provided in art. 24 of the concession contract, for the execution of the notification of resolution and the return of all the assets that were the object of the concession and the improvements that cannot be separated from it.

PUBLIKA.MD recalls that on August 2, the Stockholm Arbitration Court issued the decision by which the State of the Republic of Moldova was advised to refrain from further actions regarding the execution of the contract termination procedure with the company "AVIA INVEST" .
