Recep Erdogan: Turkey is interested in extension of bilateral relations with Moldova

Turkey is interested in expanding bilateral relations with Moldova. The statement belongs to the President of Turkey, Recep Erdogan, made during a meeting in Ankara with Economy Minister Octavian Calmac.
Erdogan also said that the Free Trade Agreement with the European Union provides new opportunities for realization of projects, particularly the trade and economic.
In turn, Octavian Calmac thanked Turkey for technical assistance to our country through the "TIKA" program.
The two sides stressed that the signing of a declaration on establishing strategic partnership between Moldova and Turkey would mean moving to a new stage in bilateral relations.
The document could be signed during the official visit of President of Turkey in our country next spring or Moldovan leadership in Ankara.
The meeting was also attended by the Governor of Gagauzia, Irina Vlah and Ankara ambassador to Chisinau, Igor Bolboceanu.
