Recidivist Pavel Grigorciuc who assaulted Democratic deputy Sergiu Sîrbu might be issued longer arrest warrant as the prosecutors will request on Tuesday.

His lawyer is to ask for house arrest upon him. 

Grigorciuc at present remains in Penitentiary No. 13 in the Capital. Sergiu Sîrbu suffered cerebral concussion as result of Grigorciuc's attack.

The incident occurred in front of a coffee in Chisinau center after Grigorciuc had attended a protest organized by representatives of bloc ACUM. 

Grigorciuc is investigated and if found guilty, he risks five years in jail.

This's not his offense against the law. Previously, he was sentenced to four years in jail for mass disorder in 2014.
