Referendum meant to sack Dorin Chirtoacă is nearly a fiasco
Socialist Party's referendum meant to sack Mayor Dorin Chirtoacă apparently failed.
The authorities might declare it invalid, due to low number of voted.
There are only two hours left, but so far only 17% of citizens came to vote.
While the referendum to pass requires at least 30%.
