Over the past 24 hours rescuers had to assist 11 vehicles, among which counted 3 ambulances and 1 school bus. Most cases were registered in Comrat, Hâncești, Strășeni, Soroca, Telenești, Orhei and Chișinău.

According to authorities, 650 employees and 300 vehicles were dispatched on the roads from Moldova. After the they were cleaned off snow, nearly 1 500 tonnes of salt and sand were spread.
