Resident doctors and pharmacists, as well as students trained in tackling COVID-19 will benefit from scholarships. A bill to this effect was approved at today's Government meeting.

The amount of scholarships is 1,600 lei for resident doctors and pharmacists, 1,200 lei for students and 1,000 lei for students in technical vocational education.

According to the project, the persons who will benefit from internship scholarships, can simultaneously benefit from other types of scholarships financed from the state budget.

The internship scholarship will be awarded for the year 2020-2021, including the academic year 2021-2022, if the person, during the year 2021, will perform an internship under similar conditions.
