Results of parliamentary elections and consultative referendum are due to reach Central Electoral Commission (CEC) by the end of Tuesday. 

Then, CEC has five days for approval and will submit a report to Constitutional Court by March 3. 

The High Court will rule on the legality of the election until March 9 unless there are complaints.
