Road to Ţâpova Monastery to be ready by the end of 2018 (PHOTOREPORT)
The street to Ţâpova monastery is under operation until the end of next year. Minister of Construction and Regional Development, Vasile Bîtca paid a visit to the construction field today, observing how's works carried out.
The works have lasted for two months. 35 workers are working on the site to complete the works on time.
"We repair the foundation in the broken stone, limestone and two layers of asphalt and the floors must be repaired," said the site chief, Vitale Mrug.
The portion of the road to be rehabilitated is about 20 kilometers long and connects 6 localities with the Orhei-Rezina national route. The total value of the project is over 80 million lei, money allocated from the Rezina district budget and from the Regional Development Fund.
"We have planned to finish this work in 27 months, but after observing the works carried out by economic agent, I would like to confirm everything come up to our expectations", said Minister of Regional Development and Construction, Vasile Bîtcă.
The total value of the project exceeds two million euros, 35 per cent of which is provided as a loan by the Council of Europe Development Bank and the rest has been allocated from the district council's budget.
