Romania banned imports of pork products from Moldova and Ukraine, said Minister of Agriculture, Achim Irimescu, during the "24 Minutes" show, Digi24 informs.

Romanian authorities have taken this step after Moldova and Ukraine have confirmed cases of African swine fever, a disease with no vaccine.

PUBLIKA.MD states that the decision taken by the Romanian authorities will not affect our country as Moldova does not export pork in Romania.
