This morning a citizen of Romania visiting Chisinau has woken up to his car's tires being stolen. The incident was caught on camera by an eyewitness and spread around social medias.

This happened in Ciocana sector, from the Capital.

If found the thieves risk a 27 000 lei fine, 180 to 240 hours of community service, or up to 4 years of jail time.
