Over 150 firemen and lifeguards with 40 technical units from the south of the country were were alerted last nisght in Balabanu village, Cahul district.

According to the IGSU, the employees were tested to check the time they need to come to an emergency.

At the fake emergency situation participated firemen from Cantemir, Vulcanesti, Ciadir-Lunga and Cahul districts.

The target of the application was to check how the employees of emergency situations react, how they are prepared and the cooperation between the subdivisions of the General Inspectorate for the Emergency Situations from the south of the country. The action was enterprised to see the consequences of the exceptional situation for the cold period of the year.
