Supreme Council of Magistrate has voted for the implementation of new law, regarding the way various courts and the Supreme Court of Justice are posting their decision on official web pages.

The new set of laws were suggested by the Supreme Court of Justice, based on European Convention on Human Rights.

The decision was made due to the situation from Republic of Moldova, as well as alarming reclamation of mass media and civil societies.

Supreme Court of Justice believes this new law will become a good cause.

It will be implemented once published by the Official Monitor from Republic of Moldova.
