Prosecutor's Office for the combating of organized crime and special causes (PCCOCS) has confirmed information provided by the businessman Viorel Vărzari to journalists of Zeppelin.md.

According to PCCOCS chief Nicolae Chitoroaga, "all events described by Vărzari and other people he referred are known and being investigated". 

He also declared that "senior criminal" Grigore Caramalac, alias Bulgarul, will be heard in this case. This criminal was listed in the Tranga case. 

Journalists of Zeppelin.md have published an interview with businessman Viorel Vărzari, whistle-blower of Andrei Tranga. He retold how the owner of restaurant network Andys Pizza - La plăcinte along with his accomplice attempted to take over Vărzari's business.
