She were driving drunk without a license. The driver, 22, along with friend, stopped the car in the street with signal and blocked the traffic. Other drivers alerted the police. The incident occurred in the morning at intersection of Dacia and Hristo Botev.

Ladies in the car told the police that they had to stop the car as it ran out of fuel and the driver left. Later one of the girl admitted she was driving. 

The alcohol test showed that the driver was drunk and had 0.45 mg / l of alcohol in the exhaled air.

The young woman could not explain why she did not have a driving license but said she had no papers on the car, because she rented the car. 

30 drivers were found driving drunk in just two days.
