The sidewalks around the Emergency Hospital in Chisinau are turned into parking lots by irresponsible drivers every day.

Pedestrians are forced to travel on the road as there is no space available walking. 

"It's uncomfortable, especially with my injured leg."

Members of the "StopHam" Civic Movement went out again in the street and urged drivers to comply with traffic rules and pedestrian rights.

The fine for illegal parking reaches up to 500 lei. Since the beginning of the year, 3,700 drivers have been applied to the sanction.
