Interim Mayor of Chisinau Silvia Radu started collecting signatures to run for Mayor as an independent candidate in the election held in May 20. 

Supporters can come and sign at the tents set up in all sectors of Capital. 

At meeting with citizens, the Interim Mayor discussed the problems of citizens and promised to get involved. 

People support Silvia Radu because the Acting Mayor managed to carry out lots of works. They feel grateful for the official as she joined cleaning the roads after the winter. Moreover, they feel confident that Silvia Radu will be a good Mayor. 

Her husband and son also assisted her in the process. In order to start electoral campaign for Mayor, she has to accumulate 10 thousand signatures.
