Six million lei allocated for buildings destroyed after natural disasters from April
Almost six million lei were allocated for the liquidation of the consequences of the disasters that took place this year. A decision in this sense was approved by the Prime minister of Republic of Moldova, Pavel Filip and the Commission of Emergency Situations. From the whole amount, two million lei were allocated for many cultural institutions that were affected by the natural disasters.
The builing of the National Theatre ''Mihai Eminescu'' is one of the builings affected by snow. The most affected was the last floor.
''The snow from April was a provocation for us, for the theatre, because the fourth floor suffered a lot. The actors' cabinets were destroyed and the walls were in a terrible condition.''
According to the theater's director, the building required to be repaired long ago, but the show from April made the situation to be worse.
''The last reparation was made in 1989-1990. There are almost 30 years from then. This theatre is so important for our country. We hope we will repair at least the roof'', said Petru Hadirca, the director of the theatre.
The actors complain that in the spectacle hall is cold.
''We repeat in warm clothes, but there are spectacles that require some movemets and attitudes and it is hard to do it in warm clothes'', said Iurie Negoita, actor.
The building of the National History Museum also suffered from the extreme situation from Aprill. The authorities promise money for it too.
''Certainly, this museum needs to be repaired, it should be maintanted in a good condition, because it is about the histoy of our nation.''
The money were allocated for the repair works of National Etnography Museum and for the museum ''Puskin''. At the same time, after the rainfalls from June, the roof of a kindergarten from Putnita village, Ungheni district was destroyed. For the reparation, the Government allocated two million lei. For the school from Drochia, the Government gave 400 thousands lei.
