Lack of specialists in Chisinau kindergartens. The preschool institutions are lacking educators, baby nurses, medical assistants, and cooks.

According to municipal authorities, in 157 kindergartens in Chisinau are vacant 200 places for educators and 198 places for baby nurses. At the same time, there are 30 cooks and 18 medical assistants.

The specialists do not want to work because of the underprice offered by the managers.

The salary of an educator is on average 2,200 lei. In these conditions, the directors have to agglomerate the groups of children.

If not, are suffering both educators, who also have to do the job of the baby nurses, and the children, who most of the time are left without supervision.
