Metropolitan Gavriil Bănulescu Bodoni relics,the first saint in Moldova, will be exhumed today. This morning,a special service willtake place at the tomb of the monastery Căpriana.

The relics will be exhumed in the presence of Ukraine and Romania specialists.His Eminence Vladimir will be present at the event along with other representatives of the council.

After exhumation, the remains will be transported to the Metropolitan cathedral.

The canonization will take place on September 3rd.
