Increasing tax payment for rental property were registered in the first three months, according to State Fiscal Service. 

During this period, State Fiscal Service recorded over 3000 rental contracts, more 165 contracts compared to the same period in 2018. 

There were around 10,562 contracts registered last year, show the data. 

Likewise, in these months, fiscal inspectors conducted more checks upon property's owners who hid rental tax. Higher budget was also calculated in this period. 

According to legislation, persons who rent out their property need to pay tax 7% of rent.
