A 31 year-old individual was handcuffed by the policemen for stealing from the pocket of a woman of the sum of 1050 lei, on their way with the trolley-bus on line 25.

He was immobilized and handcuffed at his getting out from the trolley-bus, given the fact that he showed physical resistance to the policemen during his detaining. He was detained on a term of 72 hours in prison and is investigated for knavery. According to the acting legislation the suspect risks a punishment with fine in sum of 13 000 lei to 17 000 lei, unpaid work in the community’s benefit from 180 to 240 hours or prison till 2 years.
