Students from Jewish High School are protesting in front of Ministry of Education
17 students from the “Rambam” high school from Chisinau are bound to look for another school. A week after the school year started, the students were announced that they cannot continue their studies in that high school. The authorities decided to take out the 10th grade, according to the optimization plan drafted by the Ministry of Education. The youngsters, together with their families, went to protest.
The parents are scandalized by the decision of the Ministry of Education.
The director of “Rambam” high school hopes that she will manage to convince the authorities to keep the class. Meanwhile, the students protested in front of the high school and the Ministry of Education.
At the Theoretical High School “Rambam” are studying approximately 390 children.
