Terrible tragedy in Pohrebeni village, Orhei district. Three children aged of 7, 9 and 11 died after drowned in lake. The incident occurred yesterday at 6 pm. The dead bodies of the children were found today morning.

40 rescues and 12 divers searched for the dead bodies.

"We have been working for the whole night. We risked, as we can't do such works during the night", said Mihail Harabagiu, the IGSU chief.

Even if the rescues worked all night, they found the first dead body this morning.

"We found the first dead body this evening, the next one at 7:40 and the third at 9. The children were found at a two meters depth", said Vitalie Rudico, rescue.

"We gave the dead bodies to the grandfather. As far as we know, the children lived only with their mother",  said Oleg Chislari, rescue.

Last time, the children were seen how they crossed the lake by a boat. Them, their clothes were found on the shore. The police investigates the case and will establish all the circumstances of the tragedy.
