Moldovan Foreign Affairs Minister Nicu Popescu will visit New York along with two diplomats to participate in the 74th UN General Assembly. In order to stay six days in this US city, it costs MDL 83,000 for tickets and $ 10,605 for accommodation.

The two diplomats are secretary of state Tatiana Molcean and Galina Nipomici, second secretary of Moldovan permanent mission to the United Nations. 

According to the press service of Foreign Affairs Ministry, Nicolae Popescu will hold a series of meetings with officials of Moldovan's partner states and attend the events on the margins of UN General Assembly.

It is important to note that Maia Sandu’s American tour was not the only trip of the Moldovan delegation to the United States planned for September: Dodon is expected to speak at the UN General Assembly in New York at the end of September.
