A project to offer homeless people with social houses and reintegration services was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers. 

Accordingly, the citizens will be offered accommodation at night, food, clothing, and social reintegration assistance.

In addition, within the Service, people will receive first-aid medical assistance, psychological counseling, support for obtaining identity papers and employment.

Each social service created will benefit up 70 individuals in the warm season and 100 individuals in the cold season. 

The short stay will be from 20:00 till 7:00 during April - October and from 18:00 till 7:00 during November - March. 

Daytime stay will be also possible depending on individual need. 

Expenditure on the organization and operation of the homeless home shelter will be borne by the founders, and the cost of the services rendered is estimated at about 4,300 lei per month for each beneficiary.

At present, the homelessness support services operate in the municipalities of Chisinau and Balti and in the city of Ungheni.
