The general local elections on October 20 will also be monitored by observers from the European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations (ENEMO). The Central Election Commission has accredited a total of 13 observers, who will monitor the electoral process throughout the country.
Experts will ensure that the general local elections on October 20 will be conducted in a transparent manner and in accordance with national law. The European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations 'ENEMO' is in its third mission in our country, and its members will be in Moldova one month after the October 20 elections. It should be mentioned that the observers of the international mission will not monitor the new parliamentary elections, which will take place on the same day with the local elections, in four uninominal constituencies. The 'ENEMO' mission is financially supported by the European Union and the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
