This is the only one from 13 drivers stopping for pedestrians crossing the street on crosswalk. This sad news has been identified in Chisinau, intersection of Stefan Cel Mare bd. and Maria Cebotari st. 

From the image offered by the witness, we can observe that those 13 drivers are ignoring the road signs. 

Pedestrians are placed in risks of being hit for none of those cars give way to this woman. 

Whether those drivers should return the driving license and learn by heart the road signs again?
