The request of the 87 outraged judges, which require the convening of the General Assembly of Judges in an extraordinary meeting will be examined tomorrow, by the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM). The topic was included on the CSM meeting agenda.

The 87 judges also demand that the upper members of the Magistracy to be removed 'in corpore'. In their request, they also ask urgent imposition of the restarting and purification processes of an organ of automatic administration of a judicial rule and it is necessary that this process to be triggered on it's own initiative. According to a list published in the press, most of the signatories are judges of the Balti Court of Appeal and Chisinau Courts.
