'The Government and state's financing has been unblocked. For the next few tranches, about 60 million Euros, that Moldova would receive, it is necessary to implement the law reform and the FMI memorandum. Even if I have some doubts about this memorandum, especially the fiscal policy on some taxes, HoReCa and others, which were discussed in mass-media, I signed these modifications to avoid FMI memorandum's blocking. But, considering that these tax modifications will come into force starting January 1, 2020, we have three months to negotiate with those from FMI, because once the budget and the fiscal policies for 2020 will be approved, we will review some taxes. I will insist. There are some ecological taxes, HoReCa and some elements upon which I will insist. I am sure that I will manage to convince he foreign partners', Igor Dodon said.We remind that the Government approved multiple increases, in return of the 46.5 million USD credit from FMI. Subsequently, The PSRM - ACUM Alliance approved multiple controversial fiscal measures. This way, was approved the VTA tax doubling for HoReCa industry, meal tickets tax and environment's plastic pollution tax also was increased with 50%.
