After President Igor Dodon visited Moscow, Foreign Affairs Minister Nicu Popescu plans to pay official visit to Russia on September 11. In Moscow, Popescu will meet with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov and other State Duma officials, representatives of Moldovan diaspora and civil societies. 

Moldovan Minister will hold discussion on steps to normalize bilateral relations, reestablish political dialogues and commercial-economic cooperation. 

Moreover, he will reiterate the withdrawal of Russian troops in the Moldovan territory.
