The case of rigged auctions where rabbit vaccines were purchased was sent to the court. Head of the Patrimony and Internal Management Directorate of the National Food Safety Agency (ANSA), Victor Todorașco and head of Republican Veterinary and Diagnostic Center, Nicolae Gangal, are accused of scam, going out of their jurisdiction and using forged documents.

Along with them, a deputy director from a SRL company will stand trial. During September - December 2017, the suspects forged documents and manipulating auctions to illegally gain over 1.5 million lei from ANSA budget.

Suspects risk to 15 years of imprisonment and large fines. Prosecutors are investigating for any other possible crimes.
