The relations between Moldova and the U.S.A. have been discussed at a meeting between Foreign Minister Andrei Galbur and the deputy assistant of the Secretary of State, Bridget Brink.

The officials have talked about the latest political and economic developments in this country. The Moldovan deputy premier has presented the results of the reforms carried out in accordance with the Association Deal with the EU.

They have also conversed about the settlement of the Transnistrian conflict, as the U.S. official welcomed the adoption of the Declaration on the 5+2 format talks at the OSCE Ministerial Council recently held in Hamburg.
