TRAGEDY for a family from Causeni. They became homeless in the middle of winter after their house caught fire
Three people from Causeni stayed on the roads after their home was flames. Fire took place this night, and two on-site intervention vehicles were directed to the scene.
The flames comprised two rooms, but also the roof of the dwelling. At the same time, the rescuers managed to evacuate three people inside the house: a man and two women who did not suffer.
Moreover, IGSU employees took out a gas cylinder from the room, avoiding an explosion. As a result of the fire, the material assets burned inside, but also 70% of the roof.
According to IGSU pre-ignition data, the fire would have occurred as a result of non-compliance with fire-fighting regulations when using open fire in the room.
The case, the circumstances and the material damage are to be determined subsequently.
To avoid tragedy, fire and carbon monoxide poisoning, the IGSU urges people to strictly adhere to fire regulations. Citizens are asked to properly use stoves and electric heaters. At the same time, firefighters recommend using open fire with great caution.
According to IGSU data, in the last 24 hours firefighters and rescuers have intervened in 14 risk situations.
