Government of Turkey has donated medical protection equipment to the Republic of Moldova, in the the context of combating the COVID-19 pandemic. According to representatives of the Ministry of Health, humanitarian aid consists of 30,000 masks, 600 surgical gowns and 1,400 surgical aprons.

Protective equipment will be distributed to medical institutions in the country to reduce the risk of coronavirus infection and to ensure the protection of health workers who are struggling to save the lives of patients with COVID-19.
