Two men from Cahul were arrested for producing, preparing, storing and trafficking drugs. After law enforcement searched on of the suspect's car, officers managed to discover marijuana, a Baikal air gun, illegally owned, two compressed air balloons and items used to consume drugs.

At the same time, 300 cannabis plants were found in the second suspect's garden.

In his house was also discovered a special room with items necessary to grow the plants, as well as an illegally owned hunting weapon.

The man, aged 45 and 47, are being investigated.

If found guilty they risk to receive a fine from 20 000 to 35 000 lei, or spend a year in jail.
