DPM chairman Vlad Plahotniuc met yesterday with the inhabitants of his native village - Grozesti, one of the districts of the constituency no. 17 where he is running for the February 24 Parliamentary elections.

Vlad Plahotniuc thanked the inhabitants of Grozeşti for the warmth he is welcomed every time, stressing that he has always stayed close to them.

"Here, in Grozesti, many projects have been made for the inhabitants - gasification and street lighting, the modernization of the education institutions, but there is always place for more, which is why good things should continue", said Vlad Plahotniuc.

The Democratic Leader told their conspirators about how it was possible in the short term to implement the DPM several social projects such as "Good Roads for Moldova", "Caravana Vederii", "A Doctor for You", but also to increase pensions and wages.

"The order, discipline and efficient management of state institutions have added over the last three years to the budget, which has allowed the implementation of several projects designed to provide citizens with welfare, so we will act in the next four years", explained Vlad Plahotniuc.

In turn, the locals have said that they feel the benefits of the projects made in recent years, and that a developed village provides them with a decent living and convinces those who are gone to come home. At the same time, some locals have come up with suggestions for the further development of the Grozesti village.

Vlad Plahotniuc also met with employees of the Nisporeni Family Doctors' Center.

He later arrived in the village of Balauresti, where he also listened to the wishes of the people and assured them that the good initiatives of the Democratic Party would continue. 

"It is normal to be so, because you have already seen that we, at DPM, take your needs into account. As usual, I go with the proposals agenda, and soon you will see them become reality", said the DPM President.
